Perform process design analysis for the 24" NOPL Gas Pipeline project as part of a multi?]discipline OML58 UPGRADE / OUR Pipeline Project.
Supervise and lead review of project contractor's process deliverables (PFDs, Heat and Material Balances, P&IDs, Equipment Data Sheets and Equipment Lists, Utility Balances).
Assist with requisite process studies for the complete project delivery in accordance with TOTAL Company Rules, Specifications, etc
Attend and participate to HAZOP for vendor packages (FIFI, gas heaters, generators, metering.)
Ensure implementation of HAZOP / SPOT / PTR process findings within the detailed design development
Peruse all pre project documentation for background information on project development till date
Note respective discipline actions stipulated in pre project study reports viz HAZID, Safety Concept, PTR Risk Assessment etc in order to implement recommendations in subsequent development phase(s)
Prepare gap analyses of Disciplines requirements as per respective project referentials, and current status of documentation and required status of documentation to enable delivery of the project intent to the required standards and specifications

Review the initial respective discipline section of project Master Document Register (MDR) for completeness and order of delivery
Review CONTRACTOR'S plan and schedule for delivery of project documents against project requirements and international best practices
Plan for stipulated project reviews at various milestones, viz. HAZOP/2/3 and/or PTR/2/3, etc.
Participate in and follow up implementation of action items emanating from the aforementioned reviews
Proffer specialist discipline engineering advice to other interrelated disciplines
Supervise and review CONTRACTOR'S design output in PRODOM timely and ensure timely close out of design issues.
Coordinate with other disciplines for review and comments upon all engineering documents
Update, complete (re-drawing if necessary) the design dossier documents
Prepare and issue all detailed process engineering documents, drawings, registers/lists and document index
Prepare necessary MTOs, requisition and data sheets and other technical documents and evaluations necessary for procurement of long lead materials and other bulk materials
Ensure that detailed design is fully in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and highest international best practices
Perform detailed studies, checks and reviews, procedures, calculation notes and the like and adaptation of design
