1.)  Financial AccountantJob Objectives
Reporting to the Executive Director. Financial Services, the incumbent will be expected to prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and generate business reports for decision making. He/She will also be expected to liaise with relevant governmental agencies with respect to taxation and related matters.
 
Requirements
Candidates must possess a B.Sc/ HND in Accounting ACA with at least seven (7) years financial accounting experience in a large manufacturing company with hands-on SAGE experience. The preferred candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels. Candidates should not be more than 45 years

2.)  Import OfficerJob Objectives
Reporting to the Executive Director, Financial Services, the incumbent will be expected to handle document processing for all imports and related matters.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a B.Sc/ HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or Economics with at least five (5) years cognate international trade documentation experience in a reputable organization. The preferred candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and numerical skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels and preferably not more than 32 years

3.)  Business DevelopmentJob Objectives
Candidate will be expected to continuously scan the business environment and identify business opportunities through information analysis of consumer trends and the marketplace. He/She must have hands-on business development experience with a strong desire to achieve results.

Requirements
Candidates must be creative and possess a B.Sc degree in an applicable field with at least five (5) years experience. Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and Power point is mandatory.

4.)  Specialist Business ExecutiveJob Objectives
Reporting to the Specialist Business Manager, the incumbent will be involved in the promotion of the company's assigned products to medical and allied professionals in teaching, general and specialist practice through various levels of marketing interviews/medical meetings sufficient to achieve the agreed prescription and sales target.
 Requirements
Candidates must possess a B.Pharm with at least two (2) years medical field sales experience with a reputable company. Applicants must be result oriented, self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills and must possess strong persuasion and presentation skills with proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

5.)   Healthcare Business ExecutiveJob Objectives
Reporting to the Healthcare Business Manager, the incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels and organizations. He /She will promote, sell and redistribute the company's healthcare products to distributors and retailers through various levels of personal selling to interview/group meetings sufficient to achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc in any discipline with at least two (2) years field sales experience and preferably not more than 32 years

6.)   Sales Representatives
Job Objectives
The preferred applicants must possess a minimum of OND with at least two (2) years relevant experience in sales and be between 22 - 28 years. They will be expected to provide sales & marketing support to distributors to achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements
Candidates must also possess good interpersonal communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels .

7.)  Sales Manager
Job Objectives
Reporting to the Head, Business Operations, the preferred candidate will be expected to coordinate, drive and provide leadership for the sales force to achieve the sales objective of the team.

Job Objectives
Applicants must have hands-on experience in the sales of FMCG I Pharmaceutical products, be driven by a strong desire to achieve results and demonstrate a high level of competence in Marketing and Sales function. Applicants must possess an HND/BSc in Marketing or related disciple with at least Five (5) years relevant experience. Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage

Role Summary/Purpose:
  
As a member of the GE Africa Human Resources' team, this role will be responsible for managing pipeline development and localization programs (corporate and regional specific programs: ~100 Employees, 30 interns and over 7 distinct programs) across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategy, curriculum, training, and assignment identification processes to position the region for growth by providing an effective & sustainable pipeline development strategy.

Essential Responsibilities
  
•Partner with HR and business leaders to prioritize and establish program strategies that support immediate and long term business needs
•Strategic workforce planning that involves the proactive identification and program placements aligned with the growth trajectory for the region
•Facilitate candidate evaluation, selection and hiring process. Manage cross-regional rotations (securing the applicable work permits and visas as needed)
•Identify and place program participants in business critical assignments that bring value to the business and develops talent
•Identify and build training, projects, and experiences that further develop program participants
•Facilitate rotation evaluations; performance appraisals, and effective mentor and assignment matches. Drive performance management process throughout program life-cycle
•Analyze recruitment, retention, and development trends and adjust programs accordingly. Ensure competitive program standards and high integrity through high quality rotations and consistent skills development
•Government tracking and reporting
•Work with program members to identify areas of improvement and create a culture of change able to support a dynamic business
•Provide continuous mentorship and feedback for program members
•Work closely with HR, business leaders, and program members to facilitate successful off-program placements with the goal of 100% retention
•Partner with the Recruiting and Staffing team on developing and maintaining the appropriate recruitment channels & relationships, positioning GE Africa as an Employer of Choice

Qualifications/Requirements:   

•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
•Ability to work unrestricted in Nigeria, South Africa, Angola, or Kenya.
•Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience that includes 1-2 years in a generalist role and 1-2 years in a recruiting/talent development role.
•Strong written & oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environments.
•Credible track record of delivering impactful results/solutions in a complex, fast paced work environment
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a matrix team environment.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change.
